GRAHAM CRACKER FLUFF 
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 pkg. gelatin (1 tbsp.)
1/2 c. cold water
2 egg whites
2 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. sugar
12 graham crackers, crushed
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapples, optional

Beat egg yolk and add sugar and milk. Cook on low. Heat until slightly thickened. Soak gelatin in cold water. Pour hot mixture over softened gelatin and stir until smooth. Chill until slightly thickened. Add stiffly beaten egg whites, vanilla, pineapple and Cool Whip to chilled mixture.

Combine melted butter, cracker crumbs and sugar to make crumbs. Sprinkle half of crumbs in bottom of serving dish. Add mixture and top with remaining crumbs. Let chill in refrigerator until set. Makes 6-8 servings.
