LAYERED STRAWBERRY CRACKER
SURPRISE
 
1 (8 oz.) strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 pt. strawberries
2 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. whipped topping
18 graham cracker squares

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until lightly thickened. Meanwhile, slice strawberries; add sugar. Fold whipped cream into Jello. Fold in sweetened strawberries. Place 9 graham crackers in bottom of 9" square pan. Spread half of mixture over crackers. Repeat layers. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Garnish with whipped topping.
