beef (of your choice) (eye-of-the-round, London broil, 7-bone, stew meat, etc.) 1 large can regular V8 1 large bottle Kraft Honey BBQ Sauce 2 pounds baby carrots 6 large yellow onions, peeled and quartered 6 large peeled Russet potatoes, quartered Place your choice of meat in a LARGE Dutch oven; pour in the V8 and Bar-B-Que Sauce. Add enough water to cover the meat. Cover and cook for 2 hours in a 300°F oven. At the beginning of hour number three: add the onions and carrots (if you like celery, add it now) and turn the oven up to 325°F. At the beginning of hour number four: add the potatoes and turn the oven up to 350°F. Cooking the meat slowly makes it very tender. Save excess liquid to cook more vegetables or make gravy.
