THE EASIEST PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup peanut butter

Put sugar and milk in pan and bring to a boil. Boil two and a half minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir just until mixed well.

Pour into greased pan (the smaller the pan, the thicker the fudge will be). Cool and cut.

Just made this and it turned out wonderful!!! But except the whole 2 cups sugar I used 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup powdered sugar and 1 and 1/3 cups regular sugar and it tastes great!!!

I use this and I also add around a half cup or more of cocoa early on just as it get's hot. So it's Chocolate/Peanut Butter Fudge and no one can eat just one slice. Warning: It's addictive. I also score it ... like cutting slices just as it begins to harden. It's more difficult to slice once it's thoroughly hardened.
