VEGETABLE AND BEEF FAJITAS 
1 lb. beef top round steak (pork or chicken can be used)
2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. salsa
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 clove crushed garlic
10 oz. loose pack frozen broccoli
1/2 c. onions, cut into wedges
1/2 c. red or green pepper
8 (6" - 8") flour tortillas
Sour cream & assorted toppings (tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, olives)

Cut beef into thin strips. Preheat skillet and add oil to skillet and add crushed garlic clove to oil. Fry beef. Stir in vegetables until cooked crisp tender. Sauce: in small bowl mix Italian dressing and salsa; mix well. Fill flour tortilla with meat and vegetables and add (if desired) sour cream and additional toppings.
