SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs (Town House or Ritz, reserve a few crumbs to sprinkle on top)
1 egg
3/4 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a 1 3/4-quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam and buttered. Dot with butter and sprinkle on remaining cracker crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
