SCALLOPED CORN SUPREME 
1 can cream corn
1 can reg. corn (undrained)
2 eggs (whole)
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. butter
1 box corn muffin mix
Ritz crackers

Mix together, salt to taste, pepper to taste. Place in medium sized cake pan. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
