SCALLOPED CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans (or 4 c.) creamed corn
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
4 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients except paprika. Put in a 2 or 3 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with paprika.

Bake at 250 or 300°F about 45 minutes until set and brown.
