POLISH WALNUT CAKE 
1 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
2 c. cut up nut meats
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 beaten egg white

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add 1 egg yolk at a time and mix well. Add flour a little at a time after which do the same with the nut meats. Fold in the beaten egg white. Place in a greased and floured pan. Bake in 325 oven for 1 hour.
