SCALLOPED CORN CASSEROLE 
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
Fresh ground pepper
1 (17 oz.) can cream corn
1/2 c. crushed saltines
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, cut in pieces

Beat eggs until frothy, stir in all remaining ingredients. Put in greased 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes until top browns and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
