VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. can lima beans, drained
1 sm. can French style green beans, drained
1 sm. can early peas, drained
1 can shoe peg white corn, drained

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix

Note: Peppers may be increased up to 1 teaspoon each - hot.

Drain vegetables and toss with sauce. Top with Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.
