HOMEMADE PORK SAUSAGE 
12 lb. ground pork, turkey or both
5 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. sage
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix ground pork and all spices thoroughly. Shape into patties and freeze.

Suggestion:

Bake your biscuits, cook your sausage patties. Make your sandwich after cooling. Wrap in waxed paper or foil, place in zip-lock freezer bag and freeze. When ready for breakfast, remove a sandwich, pop in microwave and enjoy!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
