APPLE RAISIN CRISP 
7 cups apples, peeled and sliced
1 to 1 1/2 cups jumbo raisins
1 cup white sugar
1 to 1 1/4 cups loosely packed brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 single serving packets instant oatmeal
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/3 cup water
cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Line large (8x14-inch) pan with apples. Sprinkle raisins over top. Mix remaining ingredients, crumble and press over top apples and raisins.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325°F and bake for 30 minutes more.

Serve warm with ice cream.
