UNCLE BUD'S WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. wild rice
1 c. mushrooms
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. butter
1/2 lb. pork sausage
3 c. chicken bouillon

Soak wild rice 2-3 hours - change water frequently, then drain off water at the end of 2-3 hours. Saute the mushrooms and onions in butter. Brown pork sausage. Combine all ingredients in large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Serves about 20.
