WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
1 lb. pork sausage
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 to 2 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook rice as directed. Cook sausage. Mix soy sauce in cream of mushroom soup. In baking dish, layer half the rice, half the sausage and half the cheese. Spread half can of soup on top. Repeat layers. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
