HAMBURGER - CABBAGE - FILLING CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger 1/2 head cabbage 1 bag bread cubes 2 eggs 1 sm. onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper milk to moisten 1 tbsp. parsley, optional Cook cabbage until soft. Grease casserole dish. Put a layer of hamburger in casserole, cabbage next. Make a bread filling with the rest of ingredients. Put filling on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. |
