CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP | |
1/2 onion 1/2 c. butter 2 c. water 4 c. chicken broth 4 c. milk 2 tsp. Worceshire sauce 1 15 ounce jar cheese whiz 4 cups mild cheddar cheese (more or less depending on how cheesy you want it) 2 cans white potatoes (optional) Cook onion in butter until tender. Add chicken broth, water, milk, and potatoes if you desire. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, and add Worceshire sauce, cheese whiz, and cheddar cheese. Stir until completely melted.
