VERMONT CHEDDAR CHEESE BROCCOLI SOUP | |
2 c. (1 pkg.) broccoli 2 c. cubed potatoes 1 c. chopped carrots 1 c. chopped onions 4 c. chicken broth Garlic Place above ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Let cool. Puree. Return to pot and blend in 2 cups grated cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup milk and salt and pepper to taste. Heat. |
