CHEESY RICE HAM CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3 c. cooked rice
2 c. chopped ham
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

1. Saute onion and green pepper in butter.

2. Combine with remaining ingredients except cheese. Spoon 1/2 of the rice mixture into a casserole dish.

3. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat layers.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
