STRAWBERRY CHICKEN | |
4 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. grated, fresh ginger 3 tbsp. strawberry jam 1 tbsp. water Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Put oil and butter in a frying pan, saute chicken until tender and cooked through. Remove from pan and add remaining ingredients. Cook for about 5 minutes, blending the ingredients well with the pan juices. Put chicken back into the pan with the sauce and heat for a few minutes. Serve. |
