CHICKEN BREAST WITH STRAWBERRY
JELLY
 
6 chicken breasts (thin)
1 tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon

Marinate chicken with above ingredients, 2 hours or longer. Coat chicken breast with plain bread crumbs. Fry in half oil and half butter until golden.

GRAVY:

4 tbsp. strawberry jelly
1/2 c. white cooking wine
1 tbsp. mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Salt and pepper

Dissolve the cornstarch in the wine. Add all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and cook until thickens. Pour over chicken and serve.
