3 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. unsweetened orange juice
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. poppy seed
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 lb. spinach, washed
2/3 c. mandarin oranges
1 1/2 c. cut up chicken
2 c. fresh strawberries

Shake together the first 7 ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours. Pour over the spinach, oranges, chicken and strawberries. Toss.
