CHICKEN PIE 
3 c. boiled chicken, chopped
2 or more c. chicken broth
3 tbsp. flour
2 boiled eggs (may be left out if desired)
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 stick melted butter

Place chicken evenly over bottom of casserole dish. Pour enough broth over chicken to cover completely. Sift the 3 tablespoons flour over broth and chicken. Chop eggs and scatter over chicken. Mix cup of flour and buttermilk. Beat in melted butter. Drop flour mixture by teaspoons over chicken. Bake in 350 degree oven until topping is brown, about 45 minutes.
