CHICKEN PIE 
3 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. self rising flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted (1 stick)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a shallow 2 quart baking dish. Spread chicken and vegetables evenly in prepared dish. Combine soup, broth and pepper in small mixing bowl; pour evenly over chicken mixture. Combine flour, milk, and butter in a separate mixing bowl. Stir until smooth. Pour over ingredients in baking dish. Bake 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Makes 4-6 servings.
