SPEEDY CHICKEN PIE 
1 fryer
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 stick butter
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. self-rising flour

Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil fryer and remove meat from bones. Combine broth, chicken, eggs, soup and pepper. Mix flour and milk. Dot bottom of 3-quart baking dish with butter. Pour in batter. Spoon chicken over batter.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
