EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 med. onion, chopped
4 boiled eggs, chopped
2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chicken broth

Mix above ingredients together and place in an ungreased 9x13 baking pan.

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour

Pour evenly over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until crust is golden brown.
