1/2 c. inexpensive wine
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. mustard
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tsp. oil
2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt

Marinate 2 to 3 days and charcoal broil until done.
