MARINADE FOR ROAST LEG OF LAMB 
1/2 c. olive oil
3 lg. cloves garlic, minced
1 sm. onion, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. curry (optional)
1/4 c. lemon juice
Boneless leg of lamb

Mix above ingredients, except leg of lamb, well. Food processor works well for this. Pat onto lamb, let sit overnight. Then grill to desired doneness. medium rare to medium is best.
