TWENTY MINUTE SPANISH RICE 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
2 c. instant rice
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tbsp. oil
1 can beef broth

1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in 2 cups of boiling water may be substituted for can of beef broth.

In skillet, brown ground meat with garlic powder in oil. Add rice. Stir well with meat. Add rest of ingredients. Stir, bring to boil and then lower to simmer and cover with tight lid. Serve with Romano or Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
