GRANDMA HANDKE'S OIL PASTRY 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. and 1 tbsp. Mazola oil
5 tbsp. milk

Put flour in bowl. Make a little nest in flour and add oil, milk and salt. Take a fork and mix well. Take two pieces of waxed paper 12 or 13 inches long - put pastry on one - cover with the other.

Roll to desired size. Take 1 paper off, put crust on outside of pan, trim and bake in 425 degree oven until well done. If using for a fruit pie, place crust on inside of pan.
