EASY PAT-A-PIE OIL PASTRY 
2 cups sifted all purpose flour
2 tsp. sugar
Pinch salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp. milk

Into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate, sift together flour, sugar, and salt. With a fork, whip together oil and milk. Pour over flour mixture. Mix with fork until all flour is dampened.

Reserve about 1/3 cup of dough for top crust.

Press remaining dough against bottom and sides of pie plate. Crimp edges. For a single crust pie, prick sides and bottom with fork and bake in preheated oven at 450°F for 10 minutes. May also fill with a fruit filling and sprinkle top with remaining dough.

Bake as directed in a fruit pie recipe.
