ORANGE BAVARIAN CREAM | |
1 env. unflavored gelatin (Knox) 1/4 cup cold water 1 cup Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 cup orange juice grated rind of 1 orange 1/2 cup whipping cream Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Dissolve over hot water. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, orange juice and grated orange rind. Blend thoroughly. Place bowl in pan of ice water and stir until mixture begins to thicken. Whip cream and fold into mixture. Turn into mold and place in refrigerator to chill. When set, unmold and garnish with candied cherries and chopped nut meats. |
