“ORANGE MERINGUE CUSTARD” IS IN:

ORANGE MERINGUE CUSTARD 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 oranges, cut in small pieces
3 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. granulated sugar

Blend sweetened condensed milk with oranges.

Add well-beaten egg yolks and pour into greased baking dish. Cover top with meringue made from stiffly-beaten egg whites and 3 tablespoons sugar.

Bake in moderately slow oven (325°F.) for 15 minutes or until meringue is brown.

Makes 6 servings.
