“BOILED CUSTARD” IS IN:

BOILED CUSTARD 
1 1/2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract or 1 tbsp. rum
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all purpose flour

Mix sugar and flour. Shake egg and milk together and add to sugar mixture. Cook until it boils. Stir constantly. Remove from heat, add flavoring and cool.
