ORANGE WHIPPED CREAM CAKE 
1 angel food cake
juice and grated rind of 1 orange
juice and grated rind of 1/2 lemon
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Slice angel food cake into 3 layers. Make a custard from orange juice and rind, lemon juice and rind, sugar and eggs. Cook until gets to custard stage; cool. Whip heavy cream and fold orange mixture into it. Put filling between layers of cake and spread over entire cake. Keep refrigerated.
