WONDERFUL CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Cream together eggs and sugar, add vanilla. Combine flour with baking soda. Add alternately with pineapple and juice to other mixture. Add nuts. Pour into greased 15 x 10 1/2 baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Remove to wire rack covered with foil and immediately spread icing on hot cake.

ICING:

1 stick butter
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Combine icing ingredients. Mix well with mixer until well blended. Spread on hot cake. Sprinkle with a few chopped nuts. Let cool, then cut into squares. This cake freezes well.
