4 c. bread flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water

Mix up flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt. Sift it about 3 times. Mix up butter, vanilla, vinegar and cold water. Add bottom to top and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 24 cupcakes or you can make cake out of it.
