RITZ CRACKER DESSERT | |
60 Ritz crackers, crushed 1 stick butter 2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes low calorie vanilla pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 1 qt. vanilla ice cream (Lite 'N Lively) 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and pat or press into 13 x 9 pan for crust. Mix together pudding, milk, ice cream, and pour over crushed crackers. Save some of crackers to sprinkle over top Cool Whip. Let mixture set up in refrigerator before covering with Cool Whip. Then sprinkle crumbs on top. |
