RITZ CRACKER DESSERT | |
Crush 36 Ritz crackers, mix with 1/2 cup melted butter; press into 9 x 13 pan. Beat 2 packages instant coconut cream pudding with 1 1/2 cup milk; add 1 quart vanilla ice cream. Beat well. Pour over crust and let set. Spread 1 carton Cool Whip over pudding mixture. Top with 25 crushed Ritz crackers. Sprinkle coconut on top of desired. This can be frozen. |
