| RITZ CRACKER DESSERT | |

CRUST: 56 Ritz crackers, crushed 5 egg whites 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Grease lightly a 13x9 inch pan. Beat egg whites with sugar and add baking powder and vanilla. Fold in Ritz crackers and walnuts. Bake in 13x9 inch pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees; let cool. TOPPING: 2 pkgs. Dream Whip mix (whip & set aside) 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 can crushed pineapple, drained Jar of maraschino cherries Mix cheese and pineapple together. Fold in Dream Whip and spread over crust. Refrigerate overnight. Cut in squares and top each with cherry. Serves 15. | |
