FRIED CABBAGE 
6 slices bacon
1 cabbage head, chopped
1 onion
1 bell pepper

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon but leave drippings in skillet. Add cabbage, onion, and pepper. Cook on high heat for approximately 5 to 7 minutes.

Mix 1/3 cup vinegar and 2 tablespoons sugar; pour over cabbage. Crumble bacon and add to cabbage mixture. Toss until well coated.
