FRIED CABBAGE 
1 lg. cabbage, cooked
1/4 lb. salt pork cut into strips
Salt and pepper
1 green pepper
1/4 c. water

Fry salt pork in saucepan until crisp; remove from pan. Saute green peppers. Combine cabbage, salt, pepper and water in pan with green peppers. Simmer covered for 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender and begins to brown.
