FRIED CABBAGE & PEPPERS 
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
1 lg. green bell pepper, diced
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 to 1 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add cabbage and peppers and water. Fry, stirring often so cabbage does not burn. Fry until cabbage is tender.
