RITZ CRACKER CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 can water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Take chicken breasts, cut up into chunks, boil in water until done. Take Ritz crackers and grind them up fine. Sprinkle into half into bottom of one 8x12 inch cake pan.

Mix mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and chunks of chicken into pan and other ingredients. Stir. Sprinkle remainder of cracker crumbs on top.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 1/2 hour or until crackers turn brown.
