RITZ CRACKER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
6 rounded tbsp. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
23 Ritz crackers, rolled fine

In saucepan bring sugar and milk to boil. Boil 3 minutes. Take off heat and add peanut butter, vanilla and Ritz crackers. Pour into a greased 9-inch pan. Cool and cut into 36 squares.
