HAMBURGER CHOW MEIN 
1 c. water
1 lb. hamburger
2 sm. onions
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water
1 sm. can mushrooms
3 cans chow mein noodles or 1 (8 oz.) pkg.

Cook hamburger, onions and celery in 1 cup of water. Add soups with soup can of water. Mix chow mein noodles into mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cans water (soup cans)
1 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. macaroni

Cook macaroni according to directions and drain. Brown meat in frying pan. Pour off grease. Stir in tomato sauce, water and mustard. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Put macaroni in greased 2 or 3 quart casserole dish. Pour in all but 1 cup of meat mixture. Mix. Spread last cup of meat over top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
