RITZ CRACKER DESSERT 
Take 1/2 of a 1 pound box of Ritz crackers and crush fine with rolling pin. Melt 1 stick of butter and mix with cracker crumbs to form a crust in a 9 x 13- inch pan. Set aside.

Take 2 small packages of vanilla instant pudding and 2 cups milk. Beat only until pudding is dissolved. Take 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream. Beat with pudding until well blended. Pour in crust and refrigerate until set.

Take 1 large size Cool Whip and spread on top of ice cream mixture. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
