“CORN DODGERS” IS IN:

CORN DODGERS 
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
oil, for deep frying

In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk, set aside.

In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients, stir in egg mixture.

In a deep fryer, heat several inches of oil to 350°F. Working in batches, drop batter in oil by spoonfuls. Cook until golden on all sides.
