ITALIAN ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES | |
2-3 lb. boneless chuck roast 1 stalk celery 1 lg. onion, chopped finely 1 c. ketchup 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. salt & pepper 3 c. water 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Place meat in roaster. Mix all other ingredients together; pour over meat and cover. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 3 or 4 hours until meat breaks apart easily. Add water if needed. Shred meat with fork, stir to combine juice and shredded meat. |
