HOT BEEF SANDWICHES 
2 lb. boneless center chuck roast
1 can beef broth
2 or 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 crockpot

Put meat on bottom of crockpot. Add dry soup mix, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Put crockpot on low and cook for 9 to 10 hours. Take meat out first and put on a plate. Shred the meat. Pat meat back into crockpot and mix with juice. Serve on hamburger buns.

Good flavor, but came out salty. Cut the salt by using less soup mix and/or low salt broth.

Don't add the onion soup mix, too salty. Beef broth is enough. I added a bottle of bbq sauce and shredded. Turned out good!
